Motus Commercials is the largest independent commercial vehicle dealer group in the UK and the largest DAF trucks dealer group in the world, with 30 DAF / TRP sites. Our manufacturer partners are DAF Trucks, Isuzu Trucks, Renault Trucks, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles (VW Vans), Ford Commercials, Fiat Professional, Isuzu Pick-ups and Maxus.

We specialise in new and used vans and trucks with a range of competitive leasing and finance packages on offer. We provide genuine manufacturer parts and TRP All-Makes truck, trailer and van parts and carry out routine servicing and maintenance for both LCV's and HGVs in our workshops.

Motus Commercials has a network of workshops across the UK that are on hand to support your operation. Our fully trained technicians carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on all makes of trucks, vans and trailers using the latest vehicle diagnostic equipment to hand.

Competition Rules

The following rules apply to all competitions, promotions, games, votes, offers or other similar commercial offering conducted by or on behalf of Motus Commercials.

By entering the competition, entrants together with any other member of the public involved hereby agree to be bound by these rules as amended from time to time, and by any competition instructions. Only one entry/ vote per entrant (or household, computer or other units as appropriate) will be permitted. The decision of the Judges over every instance shall be final. All competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Motus Commercials are not eligible to participate. Entries must be made in accordance with the competition instructions. They are invalid if they are received any later than the specified closing time.

The winner will be chosen in accordance with the competition instructions and the exercise of their residual discretion by the Judges, and either will be the first correct entry drawn from the total entries, or all entries will be examined, and the prize awarded to the entry that the Judges consider to be the best. Motus Commercials reserves the right to publish the names of the winners and runners-up, and the winning entries themselves, and all winners are required to give their full co-operation. There will be no cash or other alternative to the prize offered, and prizes are not transferable.

Facilitation of Tax Evasion
1. The Customer has and shall strictly comply with applicable laws regarding tax evasion, including but not limited to the Corporate Criminal Offence of the Facilitation of Tax Evasion ('CCO') at Chapter 3 of the Criminal Finances Act 2017;
2. If Motus notifies the Customer that it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Customer has breached any term of this clause:
  1. Motus is entitled to suspend performance of this Contract without notice for as long as Motus considers necessary to investigate the relevant conduct without incurring any liability or obligation to the Customer for such suspension;
  2. in such circumstances the Customer is obliged to take all reasonable steps to prevent the loss or destruction of any documentary evidence in relation to the relevant conduct, of which it has been notified;
  3. on notification, Motus may immediately terminate this Contract without notice and without incurring any liability;
3. A breach of this clause by the Customer shall be deemed to be a material breach of this Contract.
