Highway services provider, Ringway Jacobs, has purchased 3 new DAF LF 12 tonne tippers, from Motus Commercials Halesowen, for its Cheshire East Council Highways contract.
The new DAF LF 180 FA 12 tonne tippers are packed with practical features for daily operation on the road, including many of the latest safety systems: a 6-speed manual gearbox, Lane Departure Warning system, Adaptive Cruise Control, extended day cab, kerb-view window on co-driver door, daytime running lights, radio/USB player, Truckphone hands-free system and 4-way recording CCTV. The bodywork was completed by Mackworth Vehicle Conversion Specialists in Derby.
These vehicles come with a full warranty as standard with additional Warranty Plus which partially supports the vehicles for a further 3 years and includes access to the industry-leading DAFaid Breakdown service.

Ringway Jacobs is a nationwide highways service provider which works with local authorities. These new vehicles will be used by the Cheshire East Highways department, delivering focused local services and supplying large infrastructure projects in the Borough.
