Motus Commercials Glasgow DAF has been crowned DAF UK Dealer of the Year 2020, at the DAF International Dealer Conference, with the highest ever points and Motus Commercials also took home the Silver Award for DAF International Dealer of the Year.
This year held in Portugal; the DAF International Dealer Conference presents awards in recognition of DAF Dealers’ excellence, as part of the Dealer Target Programme. Encouraging high standards, the programme sets targets and expectations for dealers with regards to all round business performance, including customer and staff satisfaction.
Using a points system, each key area: Sales, Service, Parts and General, have to score against certain performance criteria to gain the available points. Dealers all have a total of 230 points available to them and, incredibly, Motus Commercials Glasgow achieved a record 215 points!
Willie Minty, Regional Director for Motus Commercials Scotland comments, “I am very proud of the team, I am proud of not only the Scotland Region but also Motus Commercials as a group. Not only did we win the award, we won it with the highest ever points achieved and that is something for us all to be proud of.”

Motus Commercials, as a Group, also achieved the Silver Award for International DAF Dealer of the Year, for a top ten finish in the European rankings for year on year truck sales growth.
