Double Win at Convoy for Greatest Showman DAF of ABH Mansfield

ABH of Mansfield, a local customer for Motus Commercials Sutton, won Best New Truck and Best Working DAF Truck for their The Greatest Showman Themed 90th Anniversary DAF XF at Convoy in the Park 2019.

Motus Commercials customer, ABH of Mansfield, has won two awards for their Greatest Showman themed DAF at Convoy in the Park 2019 – Best New Truck and Best Working DAF Truck.

The 90th Anniversary Edition DAF XF tractor unit is complemented by The Greatest Showman theme with an intricate airbrush livery design, by Alan Smallwood, which is also carried on through the interior too.

There are also a number of showstopping extras: Alcoa wheels, Kelsa top bar, visor bar, perimeter kit. Inside the cab, there’s a full leather/Cognac interior with leather mats and Alcantara curtains, fridge, microwave and airhorns. All this is powered by a PACCAR MX13 530 bhp, 13-litre six-cylinder engine.
This truck is in regular service in the construction industry but, despite this, ABH of Mansfield have maintained its perfect condition and cleanliness; which is what caught the attention of the Convoy in the Park judges.

ABH of Mansfield has been working with Motus Commercials (formerly Motus Commercials) for 30 years and Mark Armstrong, Owner of ABH of Mansfield has a good relationship with Regional Sales Manager, Chris Cooke.

Mark Armstrong comments, “Motus are a really good company to work with; they’re approachable and we work well as companies. We deal with Motus not just for servicing, we also work with them at every stage from buying a new truck to selling on second-hand ones. The lads in the garage are really helpful and will do what’s needed, when it’s needed. I’d say that the backup is definitely there when you need it.”

Chris Cooke is thrilled to hear that the Greatest Showman DAF XF truck, that he sold to ABH of Mansfield, has done so well at Convoy in the Park 2019.
