Long-standing customers, ATL are celebrating their 60th Anniversary with 4 brand new DAF trucks from Motus Commercials.
With facilities in Derby and Carlisle, ATL specialise in warehousing and distribution solutions across the UK. Their fleet is made up of around 100 commercial vehicles and 150 trailers that deal with a variety of goods; from tyres to plant parts and even food, many of which are household names.
ATL are big fans of the DAF range, with the brand representing over three-quarters of their fleet, and the decision to turn to Motus Commercials DAF for their next purchase didn’t require much thought. “We had really positive feedback on two new DAF XF’s that we had, so we reacted quickly when we heard that more were becoming available to invest further into our relationship with DAF and Motus Commercials,” says Emma Norvaisa, Marketing Executive at ATL Warehouse & Distribution.
ATL chose 4 new DAF XF 480 FTG Super Space Cabs: 2 to replace older models and 2 to further expand the fleet. Each feature: LED headlights, an Argenta (silver) dashboard, fridge, microwave, a DAF Xtra Comfort pocket sprung mattress, leather steering wheel and heated seats.
To mark their 60th anniversary milestone, ATL opted for 2 unique liveries for their new trucks: a modern blue and silver anniversary design, and their original brown and cream from when they started back in 1959. A lot has changed in 60 years!
Emma comments, “We are delighted with our new DAF’s. Not only do our drivers love them, but they look brilliant with the anniversary and classic liveries too.
