Motus Commercials has once again been listed on the Rate My Apprenticeship Top 100 Employers 2021-2022, marking the third year in succession to be named on the list.
The winners of the 2021 virtual Rate My Apprenticeship Awards were announced on 15th July, celebrating the outstanding achievements of apprentices, employers, and training providers. The awards saw over 500 people come together virtually to recognise the industry’s finest.
The Top 100 list is based entirely on the reviews and honest feedback from apprentices who have completed an apprenticeship in the last year.
Sarah Bardens, People Partnership Manager, Motus Commercials, comments: “Climbing the leader board by 60 places is testament to the hard work and dedication our colleagues, franchise partners, training providers and our own apprentices have given over the last 12 months. We are proud to have achieved a 95% retention rate and continued to increase the number of recruits onto the scheme despite the unprecedented times we have faced due to the pandemic”.
Bardens concludes: “Our apprentices are one of the keys to our future development as a business, and we see them as one of our best assets. Investing in our apprentices provides the opportunity to also invest in their long-term career goals. At Motus Commercials we are passionate about providing outstanding training, personal mentoring as well as opportunities to learn from others within the business and within the dealer network. We are honoured to receive such an accolade for the third year in a row and will continue invest in the next generation”.
