Last year, a group of Motus Commercials employees completed the 3 Peaks Challenge, successfully climbing Snowdon, Ben Nevis and Scafell Pike. This year, the business added Pen Y Fan to the list of mountains to climb, to encourage more colleagues to participate in the challenge.
On Saturday 11th May, a total of 46 people from the 35 Motus Commercials dealership locations began the climb to the summit of their chosen mountain. All colleagues managed to complete the challenge, through hard work and determination.
The aim of the challenge was to raise money for 4 different charities, which were Scottish Action for Mental Health, MND Association, Yorkshire Air ambulance and Great Westerns Air Ambulance. The 4 teams were able to fundraise a total of £1770, which will be greatly appreciated by the charities.

Mark Price, Regional Head of Service for the West Midlands commented, ‘I thoroughly enjoyed climbing Scafell Pike and feel so lucky to have been given the opportunity to take part in the challenge.’
Price continued, ‘The support I received from my fellow colleagues and teammates throughout the climb was fantastic. I was never left behind and I was constantly encouraged by everyone in our party to keep going.’
‘Together we make a difference’ is a key value at Motus Commercials, with the 4 Peaks Challenge being no exception. All colleagues worked together to achieve a shared goal, providing a donation to those in need.
