Motus Commercials has launched a record number of over 70 apprenticeship vacancies as part of its ‘Brilliant Apprenticeships’ programme, aimed at attracting new talent into the business.
The largest independent commercial vehicle dealership group in the UK, Motus Commercials has released these ‘Brilliant Apprenticeships’ right across its nationwide network, with opportunities from admin to sales and technical to customer service.
Motus Commercials Careers has seen huge effort and growth in recent months as it further enhances its support of Motus Commercials and its people. Motus People stand at the very heart of the business and all that it does: ‘Our People Are Our Most Important Asset’ is one of the company’s core beliefs.
The recruitment of new talent at all levels is at the forefront of Motus Commercials Careers, with opportunities for school leavers being a key driver for the team.
Sarah Bardens, People Partnership Manager, explains, “Skills shortages in the commercial vehicle industry are an issue, particularly for HGV and LCV Technician roles. We want to recruit more young people into our workshops and offices, and apprenticeships are a great way to do this.”
Becoming an apprentice at Motus Commercials can bring many benefits, with the ability to learn and earn from day one, and endless career opportunities post apprenticeship and beyond. Many of today’s Motus Commercials’ senior team members started their careers as an apprentice.
Emma Murdock, Head of HR at Motus Commercials, adds, “We’re excited to launch such a large number of apprenticeship vacancies into the jobs market, and truly believe we have something for everyone. Anyone interested in becoming an apprentice, but unsure of which role would be most suitable should just get in touch with us – we’d be happy to help.”
