You may easily access a variety of services using your smartphone and the We Connect* App. The app uses an embedded eSIM card to link your smartphone to the car. If there is a problem, we arrive at your area swiftly. With "Breakdown Call," you can easily request roadside help from within your vehicle. Your location and vehicle information will be sent directly to our breakdown service partner through the system.
The ‘Parking Position’ Service shows where your car is located. If necessary it can also show you the fastest way of getting to it.
Volkswagen's "Service Scheduling" handles the rest as you drive. Your Volkswagen sends all pertinent information regarding an upcoming service appointment to your selected Volkswagen dealership, who will then get in touch with you.
In the event of a serious incident, you are protected thanks to the "Emergency Call Service." Your car automatically phones for assistance in emergencies, or you can do it by pressing a button.
With "Lock and Unlock," you can easily lock and unlock the doors and luggage compartment of your car while controlling the central locking system from your smartphone.
If an attempt is made to break into the car, the ‘Online Anti-Theft Alarm’ will inform the We Connect app on your smartphone or by email.
