Electric vans are becoming more popular among businesses that want to reduce their environmental impact, especially in Europe where many cities are restricting diesel vehicles. According to a recent report by Reuters, more than half of the respondents plan to buy an electric van in the next two years.

Ford Pro is leading the way with its all-electric Transit family, which includes the new E-Transit Courier†. This is the smallest and most agile of the three models, along with the E-Transit and E-Transit Custom. The E-Transit Courier is part of Ford’s global investment of over $50 billion to drive the EV revolution.
The new van is fully integrated with our Ford Pro charging and software services, which make it easy to manage the charging and security of the All-New, All-Electric E-Transit Courier. Owners can monitor the charge status, see the remaining range, get maintenance alerts and lock the van remotely. The van also has new alarm systems and optional extra locks to keep it and its contents safe and secure.

The new van has a completely new design that offers 26 per cent more space for cargo and over 100 kg more payload than the previous Transit Courier.* The load area is now wider, which makes it easier to load and unload and allows the van to fit two standard-sized cargo pallets instead of just one. The van also has a smart load flap and a folding passenger seat that can accommodate ladders, pipes and other items that are over 2,600 mm long.
The cabin is also designed with smart features. We understand that drivers of compact vans often need to carry a laptop, paperwork, chargers, drinks and snacks, so the interior of the All-New, All-Electric E-Transit Courier has plenty of flexible storage space. A 12-inch screen and the smart SYNC 4 infotainment system make it easy to see key information, use vehicle features and plan routes or avoid traffic.
Ford designers also removed physical buttons and added a foldaway work surface to free up space and make the cab a comfy and productive workplace.
